Customer Satisfaction at Profil
At Profil we pride ourselves in the very high rate of return business. It fits with our business strategy. We do not aim to run a study and then part ways but we see ourselves as our clients' partners in clincial development. In order to be able to improve our services and to welcome our clients back over and over as they learn more about their compounds and move closer to commercializing the product, we conduct satisfaction surveys whenever a study comes to an end.
In these surveys we give everyone the opportunity to let us know what went well, and what did not. On a regular basis the senior management sits together to discuss the results and determine how to react to suggestions.
Results June 2015 - June 2016
Every time we review the surveys it is a great joy to put together the results. Our clients tell us over and over again that they are extremely satisfied with our performance and that they will be glad to come back for more. Also this time, as we reviewed the responses from the past 12 months, we enjoyed the analysis and are proud of the results.
When asked why clients came to us in the first place, 93% say that our expertise in the area "Clinical Research in Diabetes" is one of the reasons. The "high standard of quality of the clinical trials" at Profil was a reason to work with Profil for 87%.
When asked about satisfaction with the trial, we also got great results. We got close to perfect scores for

- "the statistical evaluation of the study results"
- "the adherence to the agreed timelines"
- "the responsiveness of our teams"

But best of all, 100% of respondents answered "Absolutely" when asked if they will recommend Profil.
